I am first and foremost a liver of life. Being a wife, mother and business owner I know how difficult it is to juggle all of life`s expectations with work/career and then find time for yourself and your dreams. Finding myself frustrated and stuck, I was unfit and unfulfilled so I determined a path for myself-one that was to take me from sluggishness to energy. I embarked on a training regime for both my mind and body. Soon I was learning new skills through NLP,Coaching, Reiki and cycling, running, kayaking my way to total fitness. I was running a successful women's motivational group and taking clients on an inspirational journey. Then something happened and once again I found myself unable to do what i was passionate about. I was forced to stop and re-evaluate my life. It was not a place I wanted to be, again. Instead of letting it get to me I embarked on a slightly different journey retrained and discovered things about myself talents I had no idea I had. I decided to take what I had learned from turning my life around twice to working with other people, sharing my knowledge and experience. I started one person at a time soon building to small groups. Now I am expanding to a global network and hopefully you. My life has been a full and rich one with many varied experiences and through those experiences along with many training courses I know that I will be able to assist you in moving your life forward. Alison I have known Amanda since my arrival in New Zealand in January 2000. In my work as an Osteopath, one of the main challenges is to encourage patients to take responsibility for their own health and exercise regime. She provided one on one care for those who, very often, through lack of motivation and self-belief, would never start exercising.
